When you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details and the project files you upload (drawings, specifications and reports). We also collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and estimates, communicate about your project, issue invoices, improve our website and, where you have agreed, send occasional estimating tips and industry updates. We never sell personal information.

Project drawings and confidentiality

Drawings and tender documents you provide are treated as confidential, used only to prepare your estimate, stored on access-controlled systems and never shared with third parties other than the staff and contractors working on your project under confidentiality obligations.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing estimates@qestimation.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
